dlrSecured Identity Management Overview
dlrSecured Identity Management provides multifactor authentication (MFA) functionality for the XtreamService application. MFA functionality helps to protect sensitive customer information and is required for financial institutions under the amended Safeguards Rule. You can prepare for implementation of MFA by enrolling employees in dlrSecured using the Edit User panel or the dlrSecured Mass Enrollment screen. Once employees are enrolled in dlrSecured, employees must verify their identity when signing on to the XtreamService application.
Note - Additional dlrSecured settings can be managed by system administrators on the dlrSecured web site. To set up a system administrator for the dlrSecured web site at dealerships where the ERA® System is used, contact the Reynolds and Reynolds Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at (800) 767-0080. At dealerships where the POWER System is used, contact the POWER Software Consultants at (888) 999-6348.
